What we do
Homeowners pick their project and enter a ZIP code. We match the request to the one pro who holds that territory and show that pro’s own published price for the job — based on the local pro’s published pricing when a territory is claimed, not a marketplace bidding war. If a territory isn’t claimed yet, we show a national average range so you still know what to budget.
Contractors pay a flat monthly fee for their territory. They never pay per homeowner request, never compete on price against four other bidders, and never pay per call. That keeps their pricing honest and their attention on the work.
We’re a small team based in Dayton, Ohio. We answer our own email, work directly with the pros on the platform, and keep the service focused on what homeowners and contractors actually need — not on selling leads to the highest bidder.
